Homeowners pass through a multi-step digital funnel and live phone screening. We verify: 1) Legal property ownership, 2) Starting budget suitability ($15k–$100k+ depending on trade), 3) Project timeframe (Immediate to 90 days), and 4) TCPA phone consent via double opt-in.

You receive: Full Homeowner Name, Verified Phone Number, Email Address, Property Address, Renovation Scope & Dimensions, Budget Tier, Ideal Start Date, Homeowner Notes, and uploaded photos (when available).

If you encounter a disconnected line, wrong phone number, non-homeowner, or outside-scope request, flag it in your contractor portal within 5 business days. Our QA team verifies the record and credits a fresh lead to your plan balance.

Yes! If your installation schedule is booked out 8+ weeks, you can pause or hold your account with 7 days written notice while retaining your locked territory rights for up to 30 days.

Once you select your territory and complete your onboarding questionnaire (takes about 10 minutes), our ad ops team launches localized campaigns within 24 to 48 hours.
